DEPT is an internationally leading digital agency that did not even exist in 2015. Our partner Dutch Standard Events was commissioned to bring employees, customers and relations together. Pioneering result: a “Business Festival”, the first of its kind.

Together we have been organizing the BBQ Smoker Food Market for several years. The first year it was a challenge to get everything ready for 1,500 guests, in the third year we have organized a full Vegan BBQ Smoker Food Market with a group of 60 chefs with ease!

EY Scandinavia Onboarding Event 2022

As part of the Onboarding of a number of EY departments in Scandinavia, 1400 employees were in Amsterdam in June 2022. In addition to plenary visits to offices and relations, IJland, together with B&E and BBQ Events, was ready for a spectacular closing with the EY Festival!

With different trucks and tents we set up a complete Food Festival with different types of specialties. In no time everyone had put together their dinner. And as Scandinavians are known, it became a long evening with the necessary drinks…
