BBQ Events works closely with various special locations in Amsterdam. Each location has different characteristics and atmosphere.

Does your own location have an outdoor space? We can also organize your event there, with or without tents or in the open air. As long as it is accessible, we will take care of the rest.

Have you arranged a location yourself? If the location agrees to us coming, we will coordinate the rules with them. Of course, we work according to all guidelines regarding fire safety and food safety.

We bring all the materials for the BBQ and we can advise you on all other materials and furniture. We work with various suppliers of robust, rural or luxury furniture throughout the country.

Sail Experience

On August 20, 2025, Sail Amsterdam 2025 starts! Dozens of tall ships, hundreds of historic ships and millions of visitors will visit the Amsterdam Oranjehaven this week!

Do you want your friends, family, colleagues, guests or relations to experience the SAIL Exprience? Our packages are composed based on the experiences we gained in 2015. Think of (free) parking, personal reception, boat trip on a luxurious sloop, saloon boat or historic tjalk, complete BBQ Experience, luxury snacks, drinks and award-winning cocktails!
