In 2025 we will celebrate the 750th anniversary of our capital with the 10th edition of SAIL Amsterdam. Dozens of tall ships, hundreds of historic ships, crew members from all over the world and millions of visitors will come together to celebrate nautical history and different world views. A party for everyone, for the Netherlands Waterland, which connects young and old from all cultures. Step aboard & make a wave!

Make your SAIL Experience even more special with personal branding. Below we have put together various packages, in which visibility and recognisability are emphasised by means of branded materials. We work together with regular suppliers to guarantee continuity and uniform designs. Of course you can take all branded materials with you afterwards for your own use.

Exclusive rentalIn addition to your own area, it is also possible to exclusively reserve the large hall of IJland for a plenary session or private event. This makes the possibilities for hospitality, entertainment and branding endless!

ParkingParking is FREE in the immediate vicinity of IJland. However, all of Amsterdam knows this and most places will be occupied. That is why we have purchased guaranteed parking spaces at nearby companies. These parking spaces will be guarded by SAIL Experience.

The cost of a guaranteed, guarded parking space is €25 per car, per half day. On the day itself, parking tickets can be purchased for €30, if the free spaces are no longer available.

We advise you to encourage your guests to carpool as much as possible, as parking spaces are not unlimited.

Bus transportAre you coming by coach? Then you can get off right outside the door!

We have a limited number of bus parking spaces available. The costs for a bus parking space are €40 per bus, per half day. This includes 2 drinks and a meal for the waiting driver!

Public transport

IJland is easily accessible by public transport from Station Noord and Zaandam. Buses 391 and 394 (Zaandam Station/Zaanse Schans<-> Amsterdam CS/Noorderpark) stop at the Keerkringpark stop, just a 200-metre walk from IJland.

Your own areaWhen booking additional Hospitality, we will exclusively reserve your own area in the festival garden.

Under and around the stretch tent, various 'living rooms' and 'lounges' will be set up based on occupancy. The coffee truck, bar, food court and cocktail bar are within easy reach, but the service will of course provide your guests with a drink!

LockersSpace on the ships is precious and often there is no room for wardrobe and bags. That is why you can use the locker facilities at IJland.

When purchasing a hospitality package, locker facilities are included, for other guests a one-off rate of €2 per locker applies.

All amounts mentioned on this website are per person, unless stated otherwise, and exclusive of VAT.
